She is my close friend in Korea.

I took a photo of her when I went back to Korea last summer.

It was in a cafe and there wasn't enough light to take a photo,

so it's little out of focus, but I like this one.

Fortunately, she also liked it.

I wanted to show the flower in front of her. 

I think the flower made an atmosphere of this photo, like looks warm.

Dark Room

I'm going to talk about Dark Room today.

Dark room is necessary place to process film printing.

It has to be red light because it's very sensitive to the light. 

However, red light, which is called safelight, doesn't affect to print photo.  

So, you shouldn't use even cell phone in the dark room.

There are some necessary equipments to photo printing.

Enlarger that I can adjust image size and light or shade, etc, 

and some chemistry to develop and fix the image on the paper.

Also it needs water sink to wash some chemistry on the photo.

When I took the photography class, I really liked doing photo printing in the dark room.

Especially, when the image that I took a photo is showing on the paper,

I feel the pleasure of photo printing.

A sad thing is that I can't use dark room any more at school. 

Therefore, I can't photo printing by my self now. 

That's way I got film scanner.

One of my dream is to have my own dark room wherever I live in the future.

This is a church in front of KCC. 

Sunshine was good, so I wanted to take a photo of the sun from the back of the tree and church. I expected to show the church and tree is like silhouette and I wanted to capture the sun between the tree branches, and cloud.

It could show little dark, but I like this photo and atmosphere.

When I went back to Korea last May, I stoped over Osaka a day. 

I visited few places and I took many photos. 

One thing that I like to travel to Japan is it still has many things like it was before. 

I took this photo at Tutenkaku in Osaka.

She is my friend. As I already mentioned I like taking portrait. One of my dream is to have my own studio in the future. I don't have many friends in Hawaii, so it's little bad that I don't have many chance to take portrait now. Anyway, when I took this photo, the weather was little cloudy and windy. I think it was good to take photo because the sun is too strong in Hawaii. It's more difficult to take portrait in my opinion.

I think this is one of my best cut. It is at the Waikiki Beach and I saw two boys at the beach. They were really excited under the waves and they were smiling. I waited few minutes to take the photo of the two boys with waves. Finally, I got it, but I should have captured of a boy's smiling face more.

This is my first work in colored at Waikiki Beach. It was sunset time, so the two people look like only silhouette. The moment that I saw them, I thought I should take photo of them because they looked very fun and lovely. It was a perfect time to take picture with sunset. I like their shadow on the land with red sunset light.
